PUBLIC PERFORMANCE LICENSING

To program our films for public performance, please contact us. Our public performance rental rates start at a base rate of $4/minute (with a minimum of $20) for a one-time screening to a domestic audience under 200. The rate is 1.5x base for audiences 200-500, and 2x base for international audiences. Renters are responsible for S&H and are required to return films prepaid postmarked on the day following the screening date excluding weekends or holidays. A 0.5x base fee per day late applies. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WOP VIDEOS

Purchase of Wise Orchid Productions’ Individual and Group/ Institutional media products constitutes agreement to the below License Agreement.

Individual Sales License Agreement
Our Individual Media products are sold for private and personal use. They are not licensed for institutional, educational, community, library, resale, rental, or public use, and are not to be duplicated, transmitted in any form, or used in any other unauthorized manner.

Group/ Institutional Sales License Agreement
Our Group/Institutional Media products are leased for the life of the product for non-commercial, in-house use only in educational institutions, community groups, media centers, libraries, and other similar institutions on a limited license which prohibits any admission charges, rental fees, broadcast, public screenings, conference screenings, and circulation to non-registered students and/or non-organizational personnel (except for public libraries where circulation is allowed for private individuals for personal home viewing only).

SALES INFORMATION

Shipping and Handling$5 flat for most orders. Orders usually ship within a few days of our receiving the order. We will contact you if your extra large or international delivery incurs additional shipping and handling.

Tax 8.25% in California

Returns and Refunds In the event that we have sent you a defective product, we will gladly exchange it with the same title at no charge. Requests for exchanges must be shipped within five working days from the original receipt date of the product. Customer is responsible for shipping the defective item to us, insured. Please email info AT wiseorchid DOT com to obtain a Return Product Authorization before shipping your package. No requests for exchanges will be considered without prior authorization. All sales are final.
